Summary

  • add missing MATLAB-style SignalObj math and correlation helpers
  • tighten nspikeTrain burst, ISI, partition, and restore semantics
  • extend fidelity tests and refresh the class audit

Verification

  • pytest -q tests/test_signalobj_fidelity.py tests/test_nspiketrain_fidelity.py tests/test_class_fidelity_audit.py tests/test_parity_report.py
  • pytest -q tests/test_trial_fidelity.py tests/test_analysis_pipeline.py tests/test_workflow_fidelity.py tests/test_matlab_symbol_surface.py
  • python tools/notebooks/run_notebooks.py --group parity_core --topics TrialExamples,AnalysisExamples --timeout 900
